Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please check size charts carefully before ordering

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
